Text

(a)The student transportation pilot program is established to provide transportation to all students attending:
(1)school corporations;
(2)charter schools; and
(3)nonpublic schools with at least one (1) employee; within the geographic boundaries described in the application under section 5(c) of this chapter.
(b)The pilot program is established for a three (3) year period consisting of the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 school years.
