§ 20-20-53-4 — Student transportation pilot program established; purpose

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 53 Student Transportation Pilot Program and Local Boards
(a)The student transportation pilot program is established to provide transportation to all students attending:
(1)school corporations;
(2)charter schools; and
(3)nonpublic schools with at least one (1) employee; within the geographic boundaries described in the application under section 5(c) of this chapter.
(b)The pilot program is established for a three (3) year period consisting of the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 school years.
