§ 20-20-53-14 — Department waiver of state law or rule
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 53 Student Transportation Pilot Program and Local Boards
The department shall waive any state law
or rule requirement necessary to exempt participating school
corporations and schools from requirements for purposes of
participation in the pilot program under this chapter.
