Text
Subject to any agreement entered into by
a school corporation or school, a school corporation or school may at
any time opt out of participating in the pilot program if the school
corporation or school provides notice to all school corporations and
schools that the school corporation or school partnered with under this
chapter at least one (1) year before the school corporation or school
intends to terminate the partnership and its participation under this
chapter.
