§ 20-20-52-7 — Local board oversight and management of school facilities
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 52 Centralized School Facilities Pilot Program and Local
Notwithstanding any other state law or rule,
each local board shall, during the pilot program, provide oversight and
management of school facilities with a focus on best use and upkeep of
assets funded by taxpayers.
