Text
The department:
(1)may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter;
and
(2)shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 regarding the following:
(A)Distribution of award amounts under this chapter.
(B)Prioritizing grants for the purposes described in section 4(1)
and 4(2) of this chapter.
