Text
As used in this chapter, "eligible school" means a:
(1)public school, including a charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4);
(2)state accredited nonpublic school; or
(3)nonpublic school accredited by a national or regional
accreditation agency that is recognized by the state board.
