§ 20-20-45-14 — Noncompliance; transfer of responsibility for implementation
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 45 Next Level Computer Science Program
If the department does not comply with the requirements of this chapter, the state board:
(1)shall assume the duties of the department under this chapter;
and
(2)may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter.
