§ 20-20-45-10 — Contract for professional development services
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 45 Next Level Computer Science Program
Notwithstanding any other law or policy to
the contrary, the secretary of education shall enter into and maintain a
contract for professional development services with an organization
that provides a nationally recognized training program for professional
development in computer science education from early learning
through postsecondary education.
