§ 20-20-45-1 — "Eligible entity"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 45 Next Level Computer Science Program
As used in this chapter, "eligible entity" means:
(1)a postsecondary educational institution; or
(2)any organization that provides a nationally recognized and
high quality professional development training program in
computer science education.
