Text
The department, with the approval of the state board, shall establish and maintain a dual language immersion program to provide grants, in an amount not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), to school corporations and charter schools that establish dual language immersion programs in:
(1)Chinese;
(2)Spanish;
(3)French; or
(4)any other language approved by the department.
