§ 20-20-40-2 — "Chemical restraint"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 40 Restraint and Seclusion Commission
As used in this chapter, "chemical restraint"
means the administration of a drug or medication to manage a student's
behavior or restrict a student's freedom of movement that is not a
standard treatment and dosage for the student's medical or psychiatric
condition.
