§ 20-20-38-3 — "Employment training"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 38 Career and Technical Education
As used in this chapter, "employment training" means all programs administered by the following:
(1)The commission.
(2)The Indiana jobs training program.
(3)The department.
