§ 20-20-38-10 — Biennial report; attrition and persistence rates

(a)The state board shall develop a
definition for and report biennially to:
(1)the general assembly; and
(2)the governor;
on attrition and persistence rates by students enrolled in secondary
career and technical education. A biennial report under this section to
the general assembly must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
(b)The state board shall use data from the department of workforce
development in developing a definition and a report under subsection
(a).
