§ 20-20-33-4 — Eligibility for grant
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 33 Alternative Education Program Grants
A qualifying school corporation is eligible to
receive a grant from the state for each full-time equivalent student who
is enrolled in an alternative education program conducted for the
school corporation.
