§ 20-20-3-3 — Requisites of referral system
The referral system must:
(1)be capable of identifying the available public school teaching
positions within Indiana;
(2)provide the pertinent information on individuals who are
seeking employment as teachers; and
(3)be accessible to school corporations, teachers, prospective
teachers, and state educational institutions.
