§ 20-20-19-1 — Qualifications of school social workers
(a)An individual who obtains a position as a
school social worker for a school corporation must hold a master's
degree in social work.
(b)Subsection (a) does not apply to an individual who obtained a
position as a school social worker for a school corporation before July
1, 2001.
