§ 20-20-13-8 — Use of funds
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 20 PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE·Ch. 13 Educational Technology Program and Grants
Upon the approval of the governor and the
budget agency, the department may use funds available under this
chapter to provide or extend education technology to any school
corporation for purposes described in this chapter.
