Text

The total technology plan grant amount to a qualifying school corporation is the amount determined by the department multiplied by the school corporation's spring count of students under IC 20-43-4 in the school year ending in the current calendar year. The amount is one hundred dollars ($100). However, for the purposes of determining the current ADM of a school corporation, students who are transferred under IC 20-33-4 or IC 20-26-11 shall be counted as students having legal settlement in the transferee corporation and not having legal settlement in the transferor corporation.
