Text

(a)Any funds, including donated funds and funds from federal or other local sources, shall be used to pay for the costs of establishing or operating an educational service center.
(b)An educational service center may administer programs and funds from any of the sources described in subsection (a). All activities funded from federal sources must follow all applicable federal guidelines, rules, and regulations. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-1-11.3-9.]
