§ 20-19-9-1 — "Virtual education program"

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 19 STATE ADMINISTRATION OF ELEMENTARY·Ch. 9 School Corporation Virtual Education Programs
As used in this chapter, "virtual education program" means a program provided by a school corporation in which more than fifty percent (50%) of instruction, other than instruction for recovery credit courses, to students participating in the program is provided in an interactive learning environment created through technology in which the student is separated from a teacher by time or space, or both.
