§ 20-19-7-5 — Fiscal and qualitative indicators; presentation; required information; publication on website; state budget committee review

(a)Subject to review by the state budget
committee under section 6 of this chapter, the DUAB shall prescribe
the presentation of the information of the fiscal and qualitative
indicators used under this chapter.
(b)The information under subsection (a) must be presented in a
manner that accomplishes the following:
(1)The information must be conveniently and easily accessed
from a single web page.
(2)The information must be viewable in a format commonly
known as a dashboard.
(3)The information must be viewable in graphical form.
(4)The information must be easily searchable.
(5)The underlying data must be downloadable in a format that
can be imported into standard spreadsheet computer software.
(c)The DUAB shall periodically publish the information under
subsection (a) on its website o
