§ 20-19-7-14 — Corrective action plan; executive session

The governing body of a school corporation
that is required to prepare a corrective action plan may meet in
executive session to discuss all aspects of the corrective action plan,
including voting to approve a corrective action plan or modifications
under section 16 of this chapter.
