§ 20-19-7-13 — Assistance to school corporations
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 19 STATE ADMINISTRATION OF ELEMENTARY·Ch. 7 School Corporation Financial Condition Analysis
(a)Upon the request of a school corporation
that is required to submit a corrective action plan, the DUAB and other
appropriate state departments and agencies shall:
(1)assist the school corporation in developing the corrective
action plan; and
(2)provide technical assistance to the school corporation.
(b)The DUAB and any other state departments or agencies that
provide assistance to a school corporation under this section are not
responsible for implementing the corrective action plan.
