Text
(a)Not later than December 1, 2025, the
department shall submit a report to the general assembly in an
electronic format under IC 5-14-6 on the academic readiness of
students who enroll in a virtual school or program. To the extent
possible, the report must include course completion data and student
performance data on the statewide assessment.
(b)This section expires June 30, 2026.
