§ 20-19-3-18 — Report on homeless youth educational outcomes
(a)As used in this section, "graduation rate"
has the meaning set forth in IC 20-26-13-6.
(b)The state board shall, in collaboration with the department and
the department of child services, annually prepare a report on homeless
youth educational outcomes that includes the following:
(1)The annual graduation rate of homeless youth, including the
following information:
(A)The graduation rate for each of the following:
(i)Homeless youth who received a waiver from
postsecondary readiness competency requirements under IC 20-32-4-4.1.
(ii)Homeless youth who did not receive a waiver from
postsecondary readiness competency requirements under IC 20-32-4-4.1.
(B)The number and percentage of homeless youth who
received each type of diploma.
(2)The adjusted cohort graduation rate for homeless
