§ 20-19-12-2 — "Eligible entity"

(a)As used in this chapter, "eligible entity"
means any of the following:
(1)A school corporation.
(2)A public school, including a charter school.
(3)A state accredited nonpublic school.
(4)An approved intermediary.
(5)A career coaching provider approved by the department under
section 7 of this chapter.
(b)The term does not include a state educational institution.
