Text
An officer appointee or a conservation officer of the division may not be ordered in any manner to do any of the following:
(1)Engage in the activities or interest of any of the following:
(A)A political party.
(B)A candidate for public office.
(C)A candidate for nomination to public office.
(2)Participate in any manner in a political campaign for the
nomination or election of candidates to public office.
