Text
The director may authorize a conservation officer to work temporarily with a law enforcement agency in Indiana, another state, or Canada under the following conditions:
(1)The authorization may not be for longer than thirty (30) days,
but the authorization may be renewed.
(2)The authorization must relate to a specific problem or
operation.
(3)The authorization must be in writing.
