§ 14-8-3-6 — References to repealed and replaced statutes
Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 3 Effect of Recodification by the Act of the 1995 Regular
Subject to section 7 of this chapter, a reference
in a statute or rule to a statute that is repealed and replaced in the same
or a different form in the recodification act of the 1995 regular session
of the general assembly shall be treated after the effective date of the
new provision as a reference to the new provision.
