§ 14-8-2-98 — "Flood hazard areas"

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Flood hazard areas", for purposes of IC 14-28-1, IC 14-28-3, and IC 14-28-4, means those flood plains or parts of flood plains that have not been adequately protected from flood water by means of dikes, levees, reservoirs, or other works approved by the natural resources commission.
