§ 14-8-2-97 — "Flood flow"

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Flood flow", for purposes of IC 14-28-1 and IC 14-28-3, means all of the water of a river or stream that exceeds the within-bank channel flow of the river or stream. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-22-3(9).]
