Text
"Flood" or "flood water", for purposes of IC 14-28-1, IC 14-28-3, and IC 14-28-4, means the water:
(1)of a river, stream, or lake:
(A)in Indiana; or
(B)upon or adjoining a boundary line of Indiana; and
(2)that is above the bank or outside the channel and banks of the
river, stream, or lake.
