§ 14-8-2-87 — "Exotic mammal"

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Exotic mammal", for purposes of IC 14-22, means a species that is:

(1)not native to Indiana; or
(2)extirpated from Indiana and either:
(A)a wild animal; or
