§ 14-8-2-55 — "Construction"
"Construction" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-25-4, the meaning set forth in IC 14-25-4-1.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-26-2-15, the meaning set forth in IC 14-26-2-15.
