§ 14-8-2-38 — "Channel"
"Channel" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-28-1 and IC 14-28-3, the natural or
artificial channel of a river or stream.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-29-4, the meaning set forth in IC 14-29-4-1.
