§ 14-8-2-320 — "Wildlife"
"Wildlife" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-22, except as provided in subdivision
(2), all wild birds and wild mammals.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-22-34, the meaning set forth in IC 14-22-34-6.
