Text
"Water of the state", for purposes of IC 14-22, means a lake, reservoir, marsh, waterway, or other water:
(1)under public:
(A)ownership;
(B)jurisdiction; or
(C)lease; or
(2)that has been used by the public with the acquiescence of any
or all riparian owners.
