§ 14-8-2-240 — "Reservoir"
(a)"Reservoir", for purposes of IC 14-33-24, has the meaning set forth in IC 14-33-24-3.
(b)"Reservoir", for purposes of IC 14-37, means an underground
geological formation that contains oil or natural gas.
