§ 14-8-2-24 — "Board"
"Board" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-27-6, the meaning set forth in IC 14-27-6-2.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-32, the soil conservation board
established by IC 14-32-2-1.
(3)For purposes of IC 14-33, the board of directors of a
conservancy district.
