§ 14-8-2-226 — "Public waters"

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Public waters", for purposes of IC 14-15, means every lake, river, stream, canal, ditch, and body of water that is:

(1)subject to the jurisdiction of the state; or
