§ 14-8-2-208 — "Political subdivision"
"Political subdivision" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-12-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-12-1-2.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-13-2 and IC 14-30-3, the meaning set
forth in IC 36-1-2-13.
(3)For purposes of IC 14-32-8, the meaning set forth in IC 14-32-8-2.
