§ 14-8-2-206 — "Plan"
"Plan" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-21-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-21-1-8.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-30-2, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-2-5.
(3)For purposes of IC 14-30-4, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-4-4.
