§ 14-8-2-198 — "Participating county"
"Participating county" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-30-2, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-2-4.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-30-3, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-3-3.
(3)For purposes of IC 14-30-4, the meaning set forth in IC 14-30-4-3.
