§ 14-8-2-192 — "Other state"
"Other state", for purposes of IC 14-28-1 and IC 14-28-3, means the following:
(1)Any state other than Indiana.
(2)The government of another state.
(3)An agency, an officer, a board, a bureau, a commission, a
department, a division, or an instrumentality of another state.
