5. "Lands eligible for remining", for purposes of IC 14-34, means those lands that are eligible for funding under:
(1)IC 14-34-19; or
(2)Section 402(g)(4) of the federal Surface Mining Control and
Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1232(g)(4)).
