§ 14-8-2-137 — "Lake"
"Lake" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-9-9 and IC 14-15, a natural or an
artificial lake.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-26-2, the meaning set forth in IC 14-26-2-1.5.
(3)For purposes of IC 14-26-3, the meaning set forth in IC 14-26-3-1.
