Text
"Interested person" has the following meaning:
(1)For purposes of IC 14-18-6, the meaning set forth in IC 14-18-6-2.
(2)For purposes of IC 14-33, the term includes the following:
(A)A freeholder or corporation owning land within a proposed
or an established conservancy district.
(B)A private or corporate person whose property may be
condemned or injured by a conservancy district.
(C)An officer of a municipality.
(D)A federal or state agency.
(E)A local plan commission.
(F)A lienholder.
