§ 14-8-2-129 — "Idle speed"

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Idle speed", for purposes of IC 14-15-3-17, means the slowest possible speed, not exceeding five (5) miles per hour, that maintains steerage so that the wake or wash created by the watercraft is minimal. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-1-1-1 part.]
