§ 14-8-2-123 — "Highway, street, or right-of-way"

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Highway, street, or right-of-way", for purposes of IC 14-16, means the entire width between the boundary lines of a way:

(1)that is publicly maintained; and
