§ 14-8-2-12 — "Aquatic vegetation"

Indiana·Art. 8 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Aquatic vegetation", for purposes of IC 14-22, means completely submerged or partially emerged:

(1)moss;
(2)algae; or
